Now I can eat chicken breast all the time, my husband and 2 years old boy love it too. It is ideal to be used in salad, and I promise you is delicious also on its own. It is important to respect the timing, there is a thin line between undercook and overcook. Be patient and to be super safe always double check that the meat is cook all the way trough before serving. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do 🙂

I love chicken, but for the longest time I wasn’t able to cook it right. I was trying to be healthy and eat chicken breast with vegetables, but my meat always came out too dry, hard to chew and almost impossible to swallow. So I ended up eating it with lots of mayonnaise, loosing the taste of naturally raised chicken ( my dad grows chickens in the most natural way, they are literally running around the garden), and defeating my healthy eating purpose. When I discovered this cooking technique everything changed, eating healthy shouldn’t be a compromise of taste and pleasure.
