White Fish Tomato Sauce
Fish Sauce Gnocchi

For the fish used in this recipe you have a few option, all equally good. You can buy fresh or frozen white fish, and, why not, left over from the night before. I like to cook the whole white fish in the oven with just a few herbs and lemon, and since we like to overcook there is always some left over. Et voilà! Half of this recipe is already done 😉

My 2 years old love when I do gnocchi, for him is a great fun! Getting his hands dirty in the making and his mouth full in the eating 🙂
Unfortunately I don’t always have the time to make gnocchi from scratch, but I have to admit that there are some pretty good alternative from the store both selection. They are easy enough to make, if you have the time check out the recipe here. Homemade Gnocchi

The rest is quit easy, brown a nice piece of garlic (remember to remove it before serving), add same juicy tomatoes and cook until ready. It’s just a matter of time, be patient and let all the water from the tomatoes come out and evaporate. The gnocchi will be ready in just a second, combine them with the sauce and enjoy 🙂
