When it comes to dessert, I’ve got a new favorite! Ever since the birth of little Matteo, having people over for dinner has not been as easy as it used to be. We’ve had to come up with new ideas to save time, and these No-Bake Caramel Cheesecake Shooters are just perfect. They are easy, fast and visually stunning.

You can easily find all the necessary ingredients at your local supermarket. If you need dessert cups, I got mine from SupaCute Desserts.

Melting the butter is the only cooking you’ll have to do; the rest is “assembly work”. These adorable desserts can be prepared ahead of time, stored in the refrigerator and taken out only minutes before serving.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 1 can Caramel
- 4.5 oz Graham Crackers
- Whipped Cream
No-Bake Caramel Cheesecake

Is there a typo in directions?
Thanks Mal! I think I fix it! I hope you enjoyed the post anyway!
What are graham crackers
Hi Shirley! Graham Crackers are a specific kind of cookies ideal for dessert base. I think they are a kind of tea cookies. You can find them in any supermarket, there are many brands who produce them! Good luck with the recipe and please let me know if you are able to find all the ingredients 🙂
Thanks for sharing!
Are these ok to freeze? And just add the whipped cream once defrosted next time?
Hi Holly, thanks for visiting our blog. They are definitely ok to freeze. Allow them to defrost completely and add fresh whipped cream!
Let me know if your guest will like them! Have a great day 🙂
This looks yummy! Just wondering what the capacity of the dessert cup is please?

This looks good! I’m going to have to give it a try soon. Thanks!
Do you use the whipped cream cheese as in the picture or the brick of cream cheese usually used in cheesecake recipes?
I used the whipped cream cheese but I’m sure you can also use the regular cream cheese!
Is it sweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk?
Sweetened condensed milk 🙂
This looks delectable! I want to serve it at a bridal brunch. How many cups will this make? Can it be served in 2 oz cups? & what is the “1 can caramel”?
Hi Pat, so sorry for the delate answer. I used 3.3 oz cups and I did 8, you can definitely use a 2 oz it will just come out a few more. If you look at the first picture, the one of the all ingredients, I used nestle la lechera, is just a little can of already made caramel, you can use any brand you like, any supermarket should sell them. Enjoy!!!
can these be made 2 days before an event and kept in refrigerator for 2 days? i need to make around 100 for a party. Also can whip creams be added on the day of party and be left out from refrigerator for a few hours?
Hi! I am wondering the same thing as Sami above. Can these be made a day (or two) ahead of time and left in the refirgerator?
I’m so sorry for the delay, yes, you can definitely do them 2 days ahead, just add the whip cream at the last minute!
