Yellow Peppers


Characterized by their natural sweetness and sun shaded colors, bell peppers are really great in every way. They have a nice crunchiness when eaten raw and a spreadable softness when you bake them.

Baked, I simply dress them with a little bit of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper, and a few herbs like thyme and rosemary to complete an easy and delicious side dish.
