Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 2 slices sharp cheddar
  • 1 oz soft fontina
  • 1 oz hard buffalo milk cheese
  • 3 tbls spreadable butter
  1. generously spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread
  2. preheat skillet over medium heat
  3. put the bread in the skillet butter side down
  4. grill untile lightly brown
  5. place the cheese equally on the unbuttered side of the bread
  6. cover the skillet for a few minutes
  7. flip one slice of bread on top of the other leaving the cheese in the middle
  8. cook until the cheese is completely melted
  9. enjoy hot
