French Toast
  • 12 thick slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup butter
  1. in a bowl mix eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla
  2. dip the bread really fast in the eggs mixture on both side
  3. let the bread slice drip for a few second
  4. melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat
  5. cook the bread slices for about 3 minutes each side or until browning
  6. serve hot with your choice of topping
