Roasted Pear and Rosemary on Puff Pastry
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 50g melted butter
  • 7 small pears
  • rosemary
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  1. preheat the oven to 425º F
  2. combine brown sugar, butter and apple cider vinegar
  3. lay the puff pastry sheet on a baking pan and slice it in little rectangular
  4. cut the pears in quarters
  5. top each puff pastry rectangle with a piece of pear
  6. brush the brown sugar mixture over the all pears and puff pastry
  7. bake for 25 minutes or until starting to turn golden
  8. serve warm
