Shrimp Avocado Salad

We really like shrimp :-), they are easy and fast to make, ideal for every season, simple for a family dinner and ready to impress when you have guest! Today I fell a little nostalgic, missing the hot and sunny summer days. Here in the country side of northern Italy is starting to get pretty cold, something I almost forgot by living is Southern California for so long. So when a warmer fall day come along I take the opportunity right away to cook something summerish πŸ™‚
