We love to invite friends over for dinner, but we don’t like to spend all the time cooking in the kitchen while they entertain them selves. Oven roasted branzino can be prepare ahead of time and cook him self while we enjoy a glass of wine with our guests πŸ™‚

Ingredients

  • 1 large Branzino
  • 6 Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Oven Roasted Branzino

Preparation: 50 min – Servings: 4

Instructions

  1. Wash the Branzino under abundant cold water
  2. Wash and thinly slice all the potatoes
  3. Dispose the potatoes over parchment paper on an oven pan, leaving enough space for the fish
  4. Add the Branzino to the dish
  5. Fill the belly of the fish with slice lemon, garlic cloves and half of the parsley
  6. Dress everything with the olive oil
  7. And season with salt and pepper
  8. Place in a preheated oven (400ΒΊF)
  9. Cook for 30 minutes
  10. Chop the remaining parsley and sprinkle it before serving
