Today we propose an easy recipe of sage roasted potatoes, they are crispy and fanciful, we enriched the plate with mushrooms, garlic cloves and exquisite sage leafs.
Potatoes are rich of vitamins, especially in the skin, and this is way we like to keep it on for most of our recipes, we learn that from Americans! We used to always remove the skin and when we first moved here we thought it was weird to eat potatoes with the skin but now we love it, it’s healthier and really gives an additional taste to the dish!
