We were in need of a new source of light for our work. Natural light is wonderful because it’s easy to use and always make my food look great. Unfortunately window light is not available all the time. To free ourselves from time of the day and location we decide to invest in some artificial lights. Roberto and I did plenty of researches first online and after visiting the local camera shops. The offer available is really big, but for our specific needs we ended up choosing a 3 lights LED kit.
Today I bought a bunch of rainbow chard for dinner, and I to took some picture of them. Vegetables are perfect for experimental food photography because you have a lot of time and the food doesn’t spoil. These chards have beautiful colors and it was interesting playing with light, and captures them at their best.
