Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf of Bread (Sourdough)
  • 4 oz Unsalted Melted Butter
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 4 Green Onions
  • 4 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
  • A Pinch of Poppy Seeds
  • A Pinch of Sunflower Seeds
  • Salt

Cheese Bread

Preparation: 40 min – Serving: 4

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ΒΊ F
  2. Thinly chop the garlic
  3. Finely slice the onions
  4. Melt the butter
  5. Cut the bread into 1-inch square, being careful not to slice all the way through
  6. Place bread on a big aluminum foil
  7. Pour the butter inside the bread cut
  8. Cut the slices cheese in half and insert it into the cut
  9. Drizzle the rest of the ingredients over the bread: Garlic, Onions, Sunflower Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Salt
  10. Wrap everything in foil
  11. Bake for 15 minutes
  12. Unwrap the bread and bake 10 more minutes
  13. Enjoy warm πŸ™‚
