After the new lights, new backgrounds have been made. Last week Roberto made some major work in our storage room in the back of our chocolate shop. The job was long and hard, but now it’s a perfectly organized space. From all the moving Roberto was able to save a few wooden boards so he decided to transform them in beautiful background for our photography. He had to wait for a quiet day at the shop and in only one afternoon he was able to paint all of them, front and back. Now my home studio is getting a all new look.
In this period I’m having cantaloupe melon almost every day (they are sweet and delicious), when I saw this new blue backdrop I thought right away that it would have been a perfect match. So today I opted for a backlight to create a nice glow around my orange fruit. In conclusion, I’m pretty satisfied, the background is looking good and the lights are a success. LED is easy to use, light to move or transport, and do not produce any heat (big enemy of food photography).
